1. Return Eligibility
Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at info@vexro.in with:
Order ID
Product Name
Reason for return
Clear images (in case of damaged/defective product)
After approval, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
The refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
Free replacement will be provided if the product is wrong or defective.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
6. Return Charges
If the product is defective or incorrect → Free return
For other reasons (size issue, change of mind) → Return shipping charges may apply
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy will apply).
8. Important Notes
Vexro reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
