VEXRO – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are mandatory.
2. Strict Verification Process
All return requests are subject to manual verification.
Product condition, usage, and return history will be evaluated.
Suspicious or fraudulent requests may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
Product is used, washed, or damaged
Tags are removed
Damage is caused by the customer
No valid proof is provided for defect claims
4. Mandatory Proof Requirement
A continuous unboxing video is considered strong evidence
Clear images/videos required for defective claims
Claims without proof may be rejected
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products
Subject to stock availability
Multiple exchanges are not allowed
6. Reverse Pickup Rules
Pickup attempts are limited
Customer must ensure product readiness
Failed pickups may lead to cancellation of return
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI only
8. Return Charges
Defective or incorrect product → Free return
Other reasons → Return shipping charges applicable
9. Abuse & Fraud Protection
The following may result in strict action:
Excessive returns
False claims
Product usage before return
Actions may include:
Account suspension
Blocking future returns
10. Final Decision Authority
Vexro reserves the final right to approve or reject any return
All decisions shall be final and binding
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the order value
No responsibility for indirect or consequential losses
