To be eligible:

All original tags must be intact

Item must pass quality inspection

⚠ Exchange can be initiated only once per product and is subject to stock availability.

2️⃣ Important – Unboxing Video Required

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel, keeping all labels and stickers visible.

This video will act as proof in case of:

Damaged item

Wrong product

Empty parcel

Without video proof, return/refund claims may not be accepted.

9️⃣ COD Charges

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 cash handling charge may apply.

No extra charges for prepaid orders.
