Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or without original tags will not be eligible for return or exchange. Certain promotional or clearance items may also not be eligible for returns.
If you received a wrong size, defective product, or damaged item, you can request an exchange. The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Shipping charges may be applicable for returns or exchanges depending on the reason for the return. In case of damaged or incorrect items, the return shipping may be covered by Vexro.
